Have you found an outlet not working in a resident's room on Willow? Chances are it is a switched outlet, controlled by one of the two wall switches as you enter the main room! I have begun labelling the switch, which controls (switches on and off) ONLY the top half of the two outlets on the far side of the room. These two outlets are positioned either side of the bed, and set up that way so table lamps can be controlled from the wall switch!
